✔️ Print at 100% (Actual Size) — no scaling or “Fit to Page”
✔️ Use standard 8.5” x 11” Letter paper
✔️ Set printer margins to “none” or “minimum”
✔️ Check your PDF reader settings for these as well
✔️ Double-check measurements with a ruler after printing
