60’s triple combo pedal kill switches

Are the two 3pdt kill switches “on” “on” OR “on” “off”?

ON – ON  Both the Kill switch and the Order switch.

The triple combo sounds great!  The tremolo, fuzz and od are great alone or in any chain.  Crazy question though – my bicolor led r/g ac is red on both positions of the switch.  The switch is working with tremelo on off but led is only red?

Never happened to me, or saw anything similar here.

The only thing I can think of is a short, or perhaps the Green blew out leaving the Red only.

Verify the value of your CLR. Then I would check for a solder bridge, and also probably just replace the LED with a pre-tested one using a 3v coin battery. Must be common anode.
