- Print at 100% (Actual Size) — do not use Fit to Page or any scaling.
- Use standard 8.5″ × 11″ Letter paper.
- Set printer margins to None or Minimum.
- Verify your PDF reader is also set to Actual Size (100%).
- After printing, confirm the template dimensions with a ruler before drilling.
