The Throb is extremely subtle and mostly noticeable when playing through a half stack configuration at loud volumes which it allows you to cut the deep Bass out some. You can read the description in the Voodoo build doc. Most people playing with a smaller rig or at normal volumes will not really notice the sub frequencies. It was removed from the single.

I would encourage everyone to use both Mods. I find them very useful especially when I switch guitars as it can be as simple as a flick of a switch to get what I want.

Mount them on a DPDT for quick A/B, or better socket the DPDT board to make a drop-in flip-test module you can reuse in any build.

Drive and Gain are both used to mean the same thing.

Double sided Gel tape works a charm.

Just a little square and Bob’s your Uncle.

The thread is a bit old now.

I never released a board unless it was verified.

Excellent job and thanks for posting.

On the 3PDT the lock washer should be on the inside against the enclosure. The use the wide nylon washer on the outside.

I am glad everything is working for you. Every build gets better. 🙂

    Yes, you can ask.

Just keep in mind we are not all familiar with everything, schematics, or experience with them.

    Create a separate support thread.

You need to contact uraltone and ask them to also send you the required wiring boards and ribbon cables that goes with the Mule Kicker. There should be (2) wiring boards and (2) ribbon cables that you need.

I am sure it was just an accidental oversight and they will take care of it.

I don’t see any orders under your name through GuitarPCB.

Could you let me know how you obtained a Mule Kicker PCB so I can better assist you?

If it was purchased from another vendor (such as Das Musikding), you’ll need to contact them directly regarding the wiring boards and ribbon cables, as those should be supplied by the seller with the main PCB.
