I agree with Barry on this one. Double check to make sure you jumper the 2 UNUSED LED pads either on the PCB’s or the foot switch board.

I too am a BIG fan of the “Order Switch”. Takes any combo and just makes it that much more versatile!!I like the idea of the acrylic face-plates! I too would be interested the way you do your graphic’s!! Do you cut your own face-plates or do you buy them pre-cut??
As Billy pointed out in his reply, it looks as though you have omitted the jumpers for IC2. They definitely need to be there.
That’s a nice batch of pedals you have! There is so many tones available in those three boxes! Enjoy them!!
You may also want to add some more solder to these connections on the 3PDT switch (IMHO). (See Photo)
I built one of these several months ago with no issues. When I set all the controls to ’12’ with both pedals engaged, I get a little ‘white’ noise, which I assume is normal, but no squeal or whine. I would follow Barry’s advice about sending some close up pictures. Like they say, one picture is worth a thousand words.
