Difficult to tell from the pic but it seems you might have mixed up the value of R6. Looks to me like R6 is 3300 (3k3) when it should be 330k (330000). But don’t take my word for it necessarily and double-check this and verify.
I suspect that this might cause the circuit not to function as it should. If you still don’t get sound after swapping this (given I’m correct here), then the problem lies elsewhere and we’ll deal with it accordingly. Looks like your offboard wiring (jacks to switch, etc.) is correct as borne out by the LED functioning as it’s meant to.
For future reference, try to orient the resistors consistently (with tolerance band to bottom or left as the case may be). Do the same for the caps. Makes troubleshooting much simpler.
