BarryKeymasterAt a glance the Output Jack is not correctly wired.
The G Pad (ground) from the Main board Out should go to the Sleeve which is also a common ground.
Switching the Yellow and White wires on the Output Jack will correct that. See image below:

It is too hard to make out what is going on with the Stereo Jack at the Input but follow the wiring guide to make sure it is correct.

If that does not solve the problem then we will also need voltages at Input and all 8 pins of the IC as well.
BarryKeymasterThis proper troubleshoot post is much appreciated as it allows us to actually solve your problem quickly.
As opposed to the more common: “I built it correctly but it doesn’t work, anyone know why?”
End result is Posted on March 29th and Solved on March 29th.
Thanks for taking the time and enjoy your build.
BarryKeymasterSince there is nothing normal about your issues we are going to need clear pictures and perhaps voltages.
This way we have something to basically examine for issues.
Check this recent Troubleshoot Post for what we need and see how quickly it got solved.
BarryKeymasterIt is a unique pad designed to illustrate exactly what was said. Use either LEDs or Silicon and Germanium diodes. There are pads for either.
Remember Flat Fat Cat for LEDs.

BarryKeymasterI tried it a very long time ago and cannot tell you how much I liked it or not but that said it was not incorporated into this board. I have no memory though of the decision making on that.
I would be very interested to know your thoughts if you try it out.
BarryKeymasterIncidentally you may also want to check out our Phase Follies Guide located on the Guides Page put together by our local expert Wilkie1.
BarryKeymasterIn regards to phase sometimes it boils down to perspective so what might be right for some may not be right to another. The thing is you can easily hear a difference and having a phase switch makes it easy to decide which is best for you. Also as you change out circuits (potentially changing the phase) in the loop it makes it easy to simply switch once again.
There are many benefits of playing multiple circuits in a parallel Paramix loop.
For example you could have two separate delays simultaneously and one will not affect the other.
Another great example is have multiple types of Overdrive as again one will not affect the other. The prospects go on and on from there. Now add in the Blend/Mix feature and you have a Painters pallet of tone. There is a great video by That Pedal Show which demonstrates this.
BarryKeymasterBusiness has been slow friends.
Disclosure: This has been my only source of income for the last 11 years.
A reminder that I am fully functioning and I do everything myself when it comes to shipping orders.
If you are thinking about placing an order then please do and I will get it out as quickly as before.
BarryKeymasterLet us know how your project turns out.
BarryKeymasterYes there has never been a better time to build!
Since this is my only business I will second the fact that I do indeed depend on everybody’s support.
BarryKeymasterOK Build Document has been updated to address the Trimmer value discrepancy.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
BarryKeymasterUggg. This also slipped through the cracks from 2010. Probably our 5th board offering ever.
The Bias Trimpot would also work with either. That said since we are now using J113 instead of MPF102 I would probably go with a 10K trimmer.
I will update that as well.
BarryKeymasterThe Volume is A100K.
The Tone is A1K.
My point above was we have used both values and both tapers many years ago with not much sonic difference. We probably should not have bothered. Unfortunately when a value was finally decided upon I forgot to check for consistency at the time.
That is what I meant to say above and again apologies for the confusion.
Build document has been updated.
BarryKeymasterThe tone control is an A1K pot. We changed those values based on Mod reports. I should not have changed them honestly.
I will fix those inconsistencies.
The Volume control is as per the BOM is an A100K and Tone is a 1K.
That said either of these value changes in either of the potentiometers does not matter much seeing how they are dividers and either would work similarly due to the nature of the circuit. The Taper would only slightly change the feel.
BarryKeymasterAs long as all of your components are rated well over 18 volts then yes.
BarryKeymasterExcellent! Thanks for modding and thanks for sharing.
BarryKeymasterHello and welcome.
As Cybercow pointed out you need to go over the entire build and reflow solder. There does not need to be a ton of solder but there must be enough.
See the Image below. I pointed out the very obvious ones and I put a question mark by ones I cannot tell from photo.

Also see my Soldering Tutorial below I took from the Guides Page.
I hope that helps.
