Well after reflowing solder of the components in that pathway and even replacing some of the resistors, it still didn’t fix the problem. Then today as I was about to shelf it I decided on a whim to just start pressing on different components while playing through the pedal and found the culprit;  It seems C4 had a band solder joint as when I moved it the effect started working.

If you haven’t already make yourself an audio probe They’re cheap and easy to make and use

Probing your circuit cuts down debugging from hours to minutes most times

Hi jbasch,

Congratulations for your pedal. I’m debugging the same effect but I think I don’t have the same problem than you. So now that your pedal is working, should be possible for you to post your ICs pin voltages? It will be very helpful.
