I haven’t built a pedal with PNP transistors until this one, so I’m wondering about the power supply. I use the One Spot for my pedal board, but would I need to get a center positive adapter to run the Industrial Fuzz? And can I run it with other pedals on the board? The build docs show a 9V battery wired standard as well. I appreciate any light shed on this.
Guitar PCB’s “Industrial Fuzz” does NOT require any special power supply treatment. A positive center power supply is not needed. If you take note of the schematic in the circuit’s build document, you note that Q2 & Q3 are wired in reverse polarity as compared to Q1. Hope this helps.
Thank you, it does help. Been trying to read the schematics more and understand what does what and why. I keep learning as I go along. I appreciate the response.
