Hi there!
I got the kit in Misikding , in Germany, don’t know what’s the problem? Checked and checked …but I can’t find the issue.. first time it happens.. not an expert but first time .
can u help me?

Led is ok , bypass is ok . Fuzz doesn’t sound.
double check your output connection. the ‘T’ stands for tip. here it looks like you have come out of the ground side of the output.
