I don’t know what version this PCB.  Can somebody help me find the schematic that goes with it?

That is the V2 board.  I believe that the differences between the V2 and current V3 are in the arrangement of components but the part numbers are the same – but I could be mistaken.  I’ll take a quick look at my build documents and respond if there are differences.

i think the MUFF doc in Pre2021 section is still valid.  looks like there’s been a couple of revisions of the doc.

if you land on a broken link, try the Knowledge Base by adding .webs into the url 😉  https://guitarpcb.webs.com

David, I confirmed that the only difference between the V2 and V4 is the arrangement of the boards.  I was incorrect that the current version is V3 – it is V4 but the part numbers and schematics are the same.  The build document for V4 is available in the Shop/Fuzz/Big Muff Pi  Muff’n.

Found it!  Thank you so much for your help.  I’d buy you beer.

Here’s the link to the Muff’n V2 for anybody else looking:

David, the second link provided by sofnwhat posted gets you the Advanced Build Guide (ABG) that covers a bunch of optional mods that are interesting.  The first one just gets you info on building 10 different BMP variants.

All the same. Cosmetic changes only.

    Schematic is identical.

Be sure to use the T Pad for in and out Audio wiring and not the extra ground pad. That was the main reason for a change at that time. We highlighted the silk screen for that T Pad. While we were at it we made a few minor cosmetic changes but nothing regarding how to build or populate.

    Thanks everyone for this post!!!

New to the board and to pedal building. A friend just gifted me a v2 muff’n kit that was collecting dust, but without the build guide.

This post is a lifesaver. Thanks!
