Signal goes through tlo74 thus, IC is working. Both bricks tested good out of circuit. No reverb in circuit, no control(s) affect on tl074 signal. All  resistors checked. 1kHz signal input and DSO trace shows sig out at pin 12 of PT IC. No sig out at pin 14 of PT IC. No sig present on  IC2D pins. Swapped out several PT ICs, no change. Any suggestion??? Thanks, Mark

Guessing without photos.  Verify all voltages at IC socket pins.  Remove ICs and resolder sockets.  Particularly pin 14 of IC1.  While you’re at it, resolder ALL connections.  I hope this helps.

well i tried ur suggestion. didnt work. i coupled pins 12 & 13 on the pt2399 chip with  a 470r || 1uF cap and  got some noisey reverb w delay noise in it. as i said both chips work in their respective test circuits and other pedals. i ohmed most of the traces and vias, all ok. scoped 200mv pp through the circuit. loses sig at pin 13 of pt ic. still no joy. tnx

I’m still looking for a bad connection between pin 12 and pin 14.  Check R16 through R18 and C16 through C18.  5V found on Pin 1 of IC1 and the reverb brick pin 1?

I appreciate all ur help and suggestions. All components verified. All accessable traces checked for continuity. I decided to pull all the chips and sockets. Checked all traces and remaining components found nothing wrong. Re-tested all ICs in other pedals and they worked so, I’m moving on. Thanks, Mark

I got another board and a warranty replacement pcb, thanx Barry.  I installed all components in the new board, works well but gets hissey / noisy as the Depth is increased. The decay and attack have no effect on the noise though they work well with the delay. Overall I’m satisfied except for the noise. Any recommendations to fix the noise? A TL074 substitute, maybe?  Tnx, Mark
