Apologies if this has already been covered. Given my level of expertise, which is none, I may be over reaching here but… here’s what I’d like to do. Three in one pedal (doom box is the working title) in which I have a model t preamp, a rat and a muff. I plan on having switchable order of rat and muff following pre amp which seems pretty straightforward. My question is can I set this up so I can move the pre amp from the beginning of the chain to the end using a second easy order switch? Is that a dumb thing to want to do anyway?

It can be done for sure by taking the “In” to the first order switching board which then feeds the preamp and the second order switching board. The second order switching board then connects to the moffn and rat.

This will allow the muffn and rat to be swapped amongst themselves and also the distortion ‘loop’ to be switched before or after the preamp.

Hope this helps!  Cool idea, Enjoy!

Yes. Thanks. I thought I could do it but my brain wasn’t quite there.
