Hi all,
I thought I had seen a drill guide for the SWAH somewhere around here but for the life of me can’t find it. Was I dreaming? Could someone please point me in the right direction? Also, what case is recommended for this pedal?

I have to guess you may have been dreaming. The SWAH does not have PCB-mounted pots. They are wired to the PCB – so you can place them on the enclosure as you like.
With extreme care, the SWAH can be mounted in a 1590B. But the 125B is far more comfortable.
