Very new to these forums.

I ordered a Shred Eagle PCB a few years back and just got around to finishing the build today.

Seems I have an issue.  The gain knob does nothing until it’s at about 80%.  I used the specified pot and all connections are correct.

I’m using red LEDs in the diode section.  With the gain rolled to max, I’m getting less drive than my Tube Screamer.  Does anyone have any thoughts on this?  I’d expect much more drive than I’m getting, and the relationship between the VOL/GAIN is puzzling.
