4PDT On-On-On Switch for Ordering & Parallel Switching Options

With a Rat Deluxe and a Muff’N, I intend to passively wire them into a single enclosure with a 4PDT ‘On-Off-On’ toggle switch to control their order or configure them in parallel. In the image are all three toggle options and the associated wiring for configuring the toggle’s lugs to accommodate such a solution.

I’m looking for any problems that the hive mind of the group might disclose. I’m looking for any flaws in the layout. With your kind consideration, please leave any comments below.

Mark, the first diagram on the right does not agree with the left diagram. Rin should be attached to 3 instead of 1. 5 and 8 are reversed. 9 >7 makes SW1C useless. etc.

I know how hard these switching combinations can be. We had an issue with the switching for the SUNN T which was caused by different switch contact patterns from different manufacturers.

Upon closer review, If you just change the left diagram labels to show 1=RIn, 3=MIn,5=ROut, 8=MOut it seems to work. I just got confused at first by the labels.

Thanks Wilkie1 – guess it’s back to the drawing board.
