I am preparing to solder the caps to the 4 Track Fuzz PCB.  However, I do not have a 1.0uF Ceramic or Film capacitor for C2, but instead I have a 1.0uF Electrolytic capacitor, which I believe should suffice for this build.  Looking at the traces on the back of the board, I believe the placement of the cap should be the Negative lead in the upper Left corner (left sided eyelet) and the Positive lead to the Right (eyelet on the R2 side of the PCB).  If I am incorrect in my capacitor choice or orientation as stated, please let me know so I can start soldering.  See drawing below.

Looking at the schematic negative would go to gain lug 2  towards ground a quick continuity check would let you know what pad that is

It’s normally input side + to output side –

Thanks Billy.  The trace connects the C2 upper left hand eyelet on the board to Eyelet #2 for the gain pot, which I previously confirmed with a continuity check (not mentioned in my initial post) and corresponds to the schematic.  I just wanted to confirm the polarity of the electrolytic cap placement, which you have done.
