I would like to use a Guitar PCB 3PDT wiring board for a non-GuitarPCB board in a pedal.  Below is a drawing of the connections WITHOUT using a Guitar PCB 3PDT wiring board.

I am thinking about using the Guitar PCB 3PDT board as below.  The thin colored lines are the connections (traces) on the GuitarPCB 3PDT board.  It does not account for the connection between lugs 1 and 6 of the switch, but I think it will work.

What is the advice of the experts on the board here?  I don’t think it is really necessary to connect the Effects Pedal Main Board Input to Ground when switching to the bypass mode.  What do the experts think?

That all looks good to me I’m taking it you’re wiring the CLR and LED to the other board if so you wouldn’t need to worry about 9v as you’ll know

As you have it your SW and GND pads go to the correct 3PDT board pads

I thought the 3PDT board did have a trace from 1 to 6 but again as you say not absolutely necessary

I checked every eyelet connection with a continuity tester.  No connection from 1 to 6 using the standard numbering nomenclature for a 3PDT switch as below.  And yes, I will be mounting the LED to the main board as shown above.  So it looks like I am good to go.
