Well, I bought “The Dark Side of the Moon” LP when it first came out (back when dirt was new and dinosaurs roamed the earth)…and then I noticed THAT DSOTM Color triple combo, too!  To reiterate my response to you having discovered this option,…DANG!

Mybud, Barry, and Trower fans…

Nice build!  I know you were going for Jimi sounds…since they have a fair bit of similarity, do you have any thoughts, recommendations, etc. on how close this would get me to Trower-sounding (overlooking my most obvious problem – talent)?

I really like Trower’s playing from the earlier days (i.e. “Bridge of Sighs”, “For Earth Below”, and so forth.  I think the overdrive he used (long after that period) was a modified design based on the “CDO” (letters in exactly the correct alphabetical order, if you smell what I’m stepping in).  How different are the two?

Last question:  Does anyone know how to EASILY add an expression pedal input or is that “out of bounds” based on the PCB design?

So sorry to hear about the passing of Ray.  I’m glad there are folks out in the world like Ray who freely give of their knowledge and time to help others.  He will be missed.  Warm condolences to Ray’s family and friends on the loss of a real mensch.
