Using these different jacks I found more room and an easier install. I had to use 2 washers on the DC jack as the hole was made for a larger diameter connector. Klaus did respond that he used an old drill template and would send a new box. I don’t think it will be necessary.

I did compare the holes from the pedalpcb template and they are 8 mm further south.

    Thanks for your help!

This is the room with the supplied components for the kit. The stereo jack won’t sit flat and it rubs on the resistor underneath. and if I install the supplied dc jack it gets really tight , like never come out tight.

So I did find a solution.

or move the I/O jacks to the side? Possibly if there’s enough room.

    Hi Barry

I did as you have recommended. Noticed a couple of very negative reviews over the last couple of months.

That said I was thinking of JBWeld or Permatex epoxy but it’s really not worth the time and cost. A tube of Permatex costs $12 and I can purchase a new enclosure for $9.

    Thanks

Hi Scott really like the print and design.

What was your process for making the print? I just finished my first pedal and I tried using metal stamps for the lettering but the end result was less than desired. I’m trying for something that is simple and as least environmentally  impactful as possible.

    rock on
