By special request, I assembled these puppies to create a super-set combo. Two each – one set for me and one for a friend. He provided the enclosures, PCBs and special bits to make this all work. In the Super Drive 70’s enclosure is a Ludicrous Speed OD, Sriracha Fuzz and a Stage 3 Booster. The Stage 3 enclosure was stuffed with a nice NOS Mullard black-glass OC44 with an Hfe of ~131.
Turned out to be a pretty cool combo when the PURP is put in front of the Super Bad-Ass Drive 70’s.
