Thank you, I see. I was hoping not to use the Volume on the EQ board and compensate with adjusting the Level on Soldado. I don’t know if this is realistic or not.

I installed the jumper and there is still no signal when effect engaged. There is signal in bypass.

Can you test the Soldano  by itself?  I can’t see where it is getting power.  Verify that the jumper on the ToneTwEQ is wired between pads 2 and 3 of the VOL pads.  Not number 1.

The Soldado worked on its own before I tried it one last time with another EQ project (long story). So unless I did something de-soldering that board from the Soldado, which I was careful, it should be good.

There is a red wire from the 9V jack, going under the Tone TwEQ PCB, to the 9V pad on the Soldado PCB. That is where the Soldado get power from right?

As far as the Volume pads, I was going by what the numbering would be if a pot was wired to the board which would be 3-2-1 going down. Is that not correct?

EDIT: Ohhh. I see there is a small “1” printed beside the top-most pad. So that means they are probably numbered 1-2-3 going down?

Bingo! Thank you, that was it.

After 3 months of messing with this thing I’m happy it works! I guess I’ll play around with it for a while and see if I am missing the Volume control on the EQ board, but just having it here is a relief.

Thank you all for the guidance.

Here’s the Soldado with the Tone TwEQ.

I ended up adding the trimmer for Volume on the EQ board.

    Thanks again.
