Hello,

i was wondering if i cound add Depth mod to Vibe schematic . I did 45/90 aka, Full or Half Depth Mod, but could there be added depth control ? By this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZqgCULfCI8&ab_channel=FrankMartin depth mod is mentioned Depth : Replace the 1M resistor going into the trimpot by a 1M linear pot. Will this work on Vibes Layout?

Also im wondering if i could replace 45/90 mod and do vibrato mod instead.

Vibrato : Lift one leg of R8 and put on a SPST switch. Kills the dry signal. (R8 is in original Phase 90 schematic) not sure which resistor it is in Vibe schematic, but i suppose that is R18.

Depth MOD?  I dunno.  I haven’t tried it.  Let us know if it works.

Yes you can replace 45/90 MOD.  But it is not necessary to do so if you want to also do the vibrato mod.

Hello, i can confirm that the depth control works and vibrato mod too. I am pretty happy with the sound.

Hello, im having a problem when have tone control on guitar Full open i get squishy sounds on high notes if roll down tone pot guitar promlem disapear. What could cause this? I tried to swap caps for suggested in BoM but problem is still there.

Any idea where to look?

Bias is set where i can hear Best phase shifting.

You are going to have to troubleshoot. I would start by re-flowing solder joints on and off board. I would double check all ground connections to make sure they are secure. I can’t speculate beyond that without looking at the pedal.
