Où puis-je trouver ça svp ?

It is the same. Only cosmetic differences.

There is an OLD v3 (no B) which has not been available in 9 years that required a single jumper and that was the only difference between v3 and v3B

Thank you, Barry. It seems to be the V4 version (it’s written on the pcb ^^) , which is slightly different. Can you also provide me with the associated schematic?
