inspired by some of the more advanced examples here, i made this one for myself. Squishy Octo independent of a Sonic Tonic + Stage 3 for a clean booster. the enclosure was a previous experiment that i was happy to repurpose. i took my time here, so any mistakes were dispatched at birth. she fired up and spoke nicely on the first try. always a plus. the flaws are apparent. on the day job, i just say, that’s a feature not a bug! cheers 🙂
thank you Cybercow, truely. i am now hooked and could not have finished these projects without the already established community of engineers and just all-around decent folks. i’ve learned alot that i didn’t know before and plan to expand on that little by little.
That’s a lot to cram into what looks to be a BB, nicely done! I love the idea of using the ST and S3 together to build a custom boost. And you must have a similar day-job as I do – I know your saying well! lol
thanks Chris. the boost is just as good as some of the commercial stuff i’ve bought, and the compressor is subtle and perfect for my use. and yes, these are (one of) my favorite brief escapes from the software madness. cheers, man!
