Using an OP07CD chip and 2n5459 JFET.
Switches for symmetrical/asymmetrical clipping and diode selection.

The doc offered three options for the Reutz mod. I decided… why not all three? Why do I need to open the thing to adjust? Now I have three ‘presets’ at the expense of actually tracking down a freaking 100R pot.

The labels didn’t agree with my stencil, so I got tired of messing with it decided it worked well for the beat-up ‘cyberpunk’ look. The guts are kind of the same after troubleshooting for an entire week, which turned out to just be a bad LM308 chip. Swapped, fixed.

The LED is actually yellow-green. Matches the paint well, but my phone camera just won’t play nice with how offensively bright the lettering is.

Seriously. So bright. Ever been at a concert and someone broke a glowstick? Brighter than that.
