I have built way too many fx over the years. I had an issue with this and you all on the GuitarPCB Forum, Barry et al, were an awesome assist and helped me through something I did that was a “duh hey” moment. I love the effect and am actually surprised at the S/N Ratio! Here’s. brief demo and I apologize for you having to sit through my playing, but it gives you the idea. Hey Todd: I don’t think you should apologise in the slightest for the demos. To my ears they sound great and I’m also a bass player FWIW. Anyone who has worked out ‘The wind cries Mary’ is more than ok in my book and the other excerpts bring out the Hendrix UniVibe vibe very nicely indeed. Great job.
I suppose the acid test is whether or not I’d want to order to try for myself and this new one of Barry’s is a Great Leap Forward from the original one knob Vibe which I built awhile back and didn’t quite get at the time. I’m waiting on the restock to get my hands on the new improved version.
