BarryKeymasterSince last April, I have been getting my life back by removing all inflammatory foods from my diet. No more 24/7 pain, no more prescriptions, no more psoriatic arthritis, and I lost a solid 45 pounds taking a lot of unnecessary weight off my knees and back. I have been lifting weights to rebuild all the muscle I lost and playing the guitar again daily to regain my finger strength.
I am thankful I was able to both figure out and apply what truly works.

This should result in more YouTube videos soon.

Big OParticipantAbsolutely thrilled that you are feeling better Barry!
I, myself have been working out to go skiing in Utah. I just got back from my trip (why my reply has been delayed) and things went very well, unlike last year when my legs quickly got tired and I fell several times. This year I did not fall once and my legs did not get tired or sore. Getting in shape really makes a difference.

BarryKeymasterThank you, everyone.
My son is heading to Navy boot camp on Tuesday so that was another reason why I had to get my act together because the last thing I wanted him worrying about is his dear old Dad. Also, I feel I can get a lot more done on a daily basis if I feel well.
This also creates an empty nest for me and I haven’t been in this position for over 22 years. I would rather be healthy while figuring it out.
@Wilkie1: I may take you up on that. We shall see how everything goes.
