InactiveI’ve built a multi fx with a bogner Mercy overdrive ,then a Amptone stack eq ,then I want to add a mini me , dr pybes ,analog delay and a analog flanger the only pedal that I haven”t added yet is the mini me ,will the doctor phybes damage the analog delay and maybe the flanger which come after it ,so the order is Mercy- Ampstack [mini me] Dr pybes ,Analog -Flanger do I need to add the after blast after the phaser .

ParticipantPeter – please describe the circuit chain. Will they all be in series or will some of those be in parallel? The added info will help clarify the question.

ModeratorHi Peter: Consider having a look at the Guides Page. Scroll down a bit till you find a document called ‘Phase Follies.’ This explains how some circuits invert phase and others maintain it. This should help in determining the eventual outcome but as CC says it will be helpful to know exactly what circuits you plan to use. Best of luck with your plans.

InactiveMark it is Overdrive ,Amp eq , yet to add the mini me ,then Dr Phybes then Aqua boy delay, and Electric mistress clone ,so the only pedal not added is the mini me ,but the question is will the the dr phyes damage the delay and the flanger do I need to add the after blast.,Mybud I have read the phase follies output is fine at the moment if any thing the mini me could do with more output I have the trimmer at max before just before it clips .<span style=”color: #003366;”>Overdrive- EQ- Chorus -Phaser-Delay , in series the Eq is amp tone stack and gain recovery by pedal pcb mania brilliant darker than the tone tweq </span>

ParticipantPeter – if everything is in series, then phase inversion will not be an issue. Still, I suggest that all testing be done, (including tying all the circuits together in the trials), before committing to drilling the enclosure. This will ensure everything works as it should.

Inactivei tested everything with patch cables before as if there were six pedals patched together, I,found the right combination , I was going to add mad beans Ce-2 clone and PedalPCBs BF2 flanger but Beans Mistress and the Mini Me and Dr Phybes sounded best, Will add the Mini Me Tomorow to finish, I went with power for three pedals and power for the other three so two DC jacks though I don’t think the current draw is that much ,Thanks for your help Mark I appreciate it

InactiveI connected the mini me to my build and it was a disaster it did affect the Analog delay ,the Analog flanger is ok, the problem is oscillation no delay ,I added the after blast but it was too late took the delay out and connected jacks and dc jack I only get hum even bypass dosen”t work pedal order is as above ,the delay never had issues till I connected the Mini Me but as it shows in the phase follies there will be a problem
