The MoWah I built has the pedal reversed (pressing down sweeps from treble to more bass)
I assumed that could only be due to 1 and 3 being reversed on the hotpotz2 pot – but I (thought I?) switched and I have same issue (Does this mean I have re-connected with same connections? Or could there be another issue?
Started with:
Blue – 1 CW; Yellow 2 SL; Black 3 CCW
I have not used Hot Potz but I would immediately assume you are correct in that you need to reverse the one and three wiring. I even did this once albeit a long time ago and that was the reason that I had not read the datasheet correctly. I have built quite a few again a good while back and stuffed them in repainted old shells with great success.
If after trying to sort this out and you still need help a picture may help us see what might be going on.
