InactiveI’m stumped. I’ve triple-checked the wiring against the build guide, measured for continuity (all seems to check out), and measured voltages at the DC socket, both ICs (see below for values) and still have zero signal with no bypass. I also checked the input/output jacks and both are wired correctly. Diodes seem to check out as well.
Other issues: The foot switch LED not working, LEDs at D3 and D4/D5 all operate correctly via SW1.

CybercowParticipantWhere are the Green, Black and Red wires on the stompswitch going? (Can’t see where all the wiring goes. The stomps with wiring doesn’t look right with how the LED is applied.)

InactiveGreen: goes to S6
Black: goes from S5 to center switch lug
Red: From stomp switch to S4
Yellows: from input & output tips to stomp switch and bypass jumper
Blues: Input & Output to PCB
Blacks: Input & Output Sleeve to ground on PCB

GuestNo bypass indicates incorrect wiring of the jacks to the foot switch. I believe you are using the wrong terminal on those square jacks.

InactiveI’m on kid duty so I’ll have to wait a bit to open the pedal back up to confirm but this was the diagram I used:

BarryKeymasterYah what he is saying is make sure that Tip is actually Tip on the square Jacks. (Your Yellow Wires)
Use your DMM in continuity mode to verify.
Like he said if there is no signal in bypass that pretty much indicates bad jack wiring.
Another possibility could be bad patch cables

GuestThe last (unlikely) possibility would be a bad a defective foot switch

GuestThe status LED may have the leads reversed. The Anode connects to the center pad and the cathode connects to the outer pad. The right pad marked with a white box is for the bypass position LED cathode.
