I finished my first build using the Sriracha Fuzz and the 3PDT Wiring Board, but when I tried to use the pedal the bypass was working fine, but when I engage the switch I just get a loud 60 hz hum that isn’t influenced by the guitar signal at all. The build seemed pretty straight forward, but when I opened the pedal I realized that when the pedal is flipped upside down the input and output look right, but obviously, when flipped right side up the way I had it wired it looks like the input would be on the right side of the pedal and the output on the left. I’m super confused because all of the inputs on both boards are on the left when upside down and the outputs are on the right, which doesn’t make sense unless I soldered all the components on upside down on both boards.
Anyway, I tried switching the audio cables so that the input is going into the right jack and the output on the left to see if it’d just work that way, but now I have the opposite problem, the bypass is a 60 hz hum and when I engage the switch I get nothing. This makes me think that I have the inputs and outputs wired backwards, but I’m not sure if I can just switch the wiring to the 3PDT board around or if I wired the 3PDT switch to the wrongs side of the board and I need to try and de-solder it and redo everything.

Anyway, I know that was long, but here’s a picture that will hopefully help.

I can’t see your IN jack wiring clearly but I think its correct

Your OUT jack tip should go to O on the 3PDT pcb and your BO should go to the main pcb out with the white square around it

Yours has your out jack tip going to out on the main pcb and your BO going to out ground on the main pcb

Ooh, interesting. The documentation for the Sriracha Fuzz showing how to hook up the 3PDT board doesn’t show the white squares and the portion showing the Sriracha connected to an Emerald Ring Octave shows the white square on the bottom and the the ground on top. The images must be from different versions of the board.

I’m guessing that for the input side the BI on the 3PDT should connect to the white square on the main pcb also? If so I have that mixed up too. I’ll switch around the wiring and see if that works, thanks for the reply!

Yes you’re correct there’s different board versions the pads with the white squares will also have a small T for tip

So you want those pads to go to BI and BO and the actual jack tips to go to I and O

Then you can either ground your jacks to the main board or the 3PDT board

The pcbs are updated from time to time for improvements like board mounted pots etc
