Weird one, the chorus isn’t chorusing, but when investigating, when I put a oscilloscope probe (or just about anything) one pin 2 of the 2399 it starts chorusing even when I remove the probe. Bad 2399 maybe? It is soldered in otherwise I would just swap. I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same thing happen.

Re-flow solder joints.

Reflow didn’t help. I removed and replaced the 2399 chip and it is solved.
