Appolon Musagète (Apollo Tremolo)

Here’s a four-knob version of the Apollo tremolo, a much-beloved and versatile unit that ticks all the modulation boxes one might wish for. At slower settings, one can get it to sound almost like an old-fashioned VCA.

I made a bit of a mess using superglue to fix the DC jack in place and managed to get some residue on the face of the box. Oops, but not a deal-breaker, I hope. Tried acetone, not much joy and didn’t want to mess it up more than necessary. There’s always Armor All or some such to conceal the slight whoops (or having the box refinished if it bothers me too much) but again it works and will be very useful in my synth rig. I’m working on a modified Phase 90 with an add-on blend control, will post results in due course.
