I’ve been trying to build an Apollo tremolo for a couple years now and I just can’t find the right instructions. My kit came with three 3PDT foot switches and all guides I can find are using SPDT foot switches. I haven’t found any pictures of 3 3PDT switches installed. The pcb  is done, my issue is with the foot switches. I wish I could read schematics but I can easily read this wire goes from here to there. Not my first build either but I’m about at the end of this puzzle. I appreciate any one’s time and help with this. Thank you.

I don’t know if there has been a version change or not but this is the stomp switching wiring for the current Apollo Tremolo…
    Hope this helps.

You can just use one pole of the 3PDT footswitches as single pole switches although I’d just purchase an SPST on/off and SPDT on/on toggle switch

Rather than use the more expensive 3PDTs

A 3PDT switch is basically 3 x SPDT on/on switches side by side in one package, lugs 1, 2, 3 is an SPDT on/on as is 4, 5, 6 and 7, 8, 9 and using just 2 lugs the middle common and an outer lug would give you an SPST on/off lugs 1 and 2 for example

What Billy said although I would bet you received 3PDT foot switches so that you can change the function with your feet as opposed to bending over and flipping a switch. The options are yours.
