Inactivehello guys, jeremy here, i have questions concerning the apollo build.
i dont want to use the kill switch, should i put jumper on it or leave it like this?
second question is : i will use a daughter board for the main footswitch, so s4 s5 s6 become useless or should i had a jumper to have the led blinking?

BillyModeratorFrom the schematic it looks like you can leave the switch out and of course the BLEVEL trimmer the op amps look powered directly from the power circuit
So I’d leave them out you can always add a jumper if needed I’m not 100% on whether the NSL 32 is powered from there continuity check to make sure
Don’t use a 3PDT board with this build D1 is part of the LFO circuit wire it as shown in the build doc
The dot according to the datasheet is the negative side

Inactivei would like to let my daughter board in place, can i still use d1??i’ll have a status led on the D.B

CybercowParticipantmodj – D1 on the main PCBs is Rate Indicator LED. So yes, if you want to have a bypass LED, use the LED placement on the daughterboard.

Inactivethanks cybercow, i still wonder if s4.s5.s6 should have a jumper or not, can you help?

CybercowParticipantmodj – that all depends on if you want the Rate Indictor LED cooperate independently of, or in concert with the stompswitch.
If you want the Rate Indicator on all the time, Jumper S5 with S4 – OR S6. Again, depending on whether you use a single color or dual-color LED.
If using a dual-colored LED only as D1 on the main PCB, there no need to put an LED on the 3PDT Wiring daughterboard.
What we don’t know is if you are using single colored LEDs or dual colored LEDs or how exactly you want to use the Rate Indicator LED and/or the bypass LED. Please clarify.

Inactivei will use a dual on the main board and a single on the daughter board.i want the db led to indicate wether its engaged or not and the d1 led to show the rate wheter its on or off. thanks cybercow

CybercowParticipantmodj – if you want the LED on the main board to ALWAYS indicate the rate, then do wire anything to S4, S5 or S6 on the main board to the daughterboard. Instead run a jumper from S4 to S5 on the main board with D1 in place. It will NOT change color if you use a dual-color LED, but it will always blink with the rate.

CybercowParticipantmodj – Glad you solved it. It’s wonder what a difference 11 minutes can make. 😉
