    Hello I finish to build plexi + tone tweq, how can I set the trimmer of q1 q2 q5 which voltage?  can someone explain me how can I check with multimeter?

    RTFM.  Read the fabulous Build Document.  Page 2 of the document gives specific instructions on how to bias the transistors.

    In case you actually do not know where to put the DMM probes to get voltages read page 8 of the Crash Course Guide found on our Guides Page.

    Yes or half the supply voltage.
