D9J Germanium Diodes N.O.S. Russian are 100% hand-tested with a forward voltage range of 0.43 to 0.50.

NOTE: The Stripe is the Anode (not cathode) since it is a Russian Diode so populate the orientation of a silk screened PCB accordingly!

Extremely Limited Supply – Once they are gone that is it.

Ideal for all PCBs that require genuine Germanium components, they feature firm leads and heavy duty construction. The Cathode is clearly marked on the side of the body.
