Instead of a “Univibe’ build, why not a Mutron Bi-Phase.

Take a couple of Vibe boards and then work out how to switch the clocks between the two.

The Bi-Phase allows either clock to run both boards or separately

It also allows running the boards in series or parallel

The main thing you might not be able to do is change the clock waveform or add a pedal control but since working Bi-Phases are costing over $2k, it might be worth the trouble

I have about 20 from here, a set of Mutrone BiPhase project boards, 5 from Mad Bean, 2 Fender amp boards (modern) from a 59 Bassman and Twin, a Marshall DSL40 board set, and 2 Thomas VOX rebuild boards for a Berkeley 3 and Beatle amp (From RG Keen).

Working on the Berkeley 3, almost done with the Harbinger 2 (Univibe in a foot pedal), Building the Beatle amp in an old Heathkit TA-17 head.

Just finished a rebuild of a Polytone V, early model with 2 10″.
