    Greetings from Cajah’s Mt. ????…

SO… it’s been a slow, rainy night here in paradise…

I was sorting thru a bucket of parts that I had pulled from various defunct electronic devices, and I came across these rascals. I hadn’t seen anything like them before and I am curious about just what I got here.

kinda reminds me of really tiny fishing bobbers… or mebbe frag grenades for my old GI JOE action figures… ????

The first two from the left are marked: BYV27-200,

while the little guy on the right is marked: BYV26C PH.

Since they seem to be marked for polarity (dark areas on one end) I thought they might be some variety of diode, so, I checked them with the meter and they all showed a voltage of around 0.485 volts when hooked up (-) lead to the dark area. When I switched polarity, the readings were  all (.0L).

Not real critical to life as we know it, but,

If anyone feels like jumping in on this, I would appreciate it.

I’m just curious about things I’m not familiar with and like to learn about them when I can.

    Thanx, y’all…????

Not an expert, but sometimes my search-fu pays off.
    Indeead, ultra-fast rectifiers.

This may or may not be the correct version and datasheet.
