The circuits are designed to be placed in any order you prefer, and they also include order-switching functionality — so the actual sequence doesn’t matter.
The main issue I see is that the jack hole could’ve been positioned slightly closer to the outer edge. If you look at the other person’s build photo above and imagine moving their Tweed PCB to where the Fuzz PCB is, you can see that it would fit.
That said, you can still make this work. You’d just need to carefully desolder and then re-solder the capacitors to the opposite side of the PCB. Orientation won’t be a problem with those particular caps, and you’ll have enough clearance since there won’t be a potentiometer blocking the space.
