Sho ‘nuff v3

Hey all. New guy here. I just built a sho nuff v3 today. I had to remove a wire (s6) from the stomp switch to get the device to operate. Not sure why but I assume the wire is unnecessary? Any help?? Also, the 100 k crackle pot has zero range. Absolutely no signal till the end of the sweep, then it’s 100% on. Sounds killer, but I know this isn’t right.  I am guessing I need to eliminate a wire there as well. Any help??

Hey Zedd/Zach. Welcome to the forums, fairly new myself.

Something they’ll ask for here is a picture. Can you take shot of the wiring for us? including both the 3PDT and the PCB? thanks!
