Reverb Delay Combo w Trails and Momentary On

employing the D’Lay and Ancestral Apparition, i want to add an ‘on-demand echo’ to the delay with a momentary footswitch and have it trail off as i continue a chord progression. i have a preliminary signal path planned out, but a little worried about signal loss through additional buffers.  any advise or warnings here would be extremely helpful.  extra features include the effects order toggle, tap tempo, and possibly a clean boost after the delay if needed.  i plan to pull that off with a toggle for effects order and four footswitches. two latched footswitches are for reverb and delay bypass and two momentary footswitches for ‘on-demand’ and tap tempo.
