Just finished up a slightly modified Industrial Fuzz – my goodness what a loud, screaming, fuzzy, squealing, odd beast!  The modifications are using a 5KC pot for the Stab and adding an On-Off-On DPDT switch and board inline with C2 to give me stock, fatter and morbidly obese settings – currently populated to give me 220nf on the left, 100nf in the middle and 3.25uf to the right – with all the non-electrolytic capacitors in sockets I can play with the fat settings if I ever run out of pot settings to play with.  The box is a previously used Hammond trapezoid originally powder coated red and later sprayed with a hammer tone pewter.  Hit it with some coarse sand paper on a random orbital sander intending to smooth it down some to repaint and kind of liked the scruffy result.  My usual craft stamp labels disappeared in the matte clear coat so I used some stick on labels and sprayed them with another matte clear coat.  The main, 3PDT, DPDT boards as well as pot condoms are from Barry; the box was originally from Mouser; all other parts from Small Bear.

    And the guts:

    Thanks,

Very Nice! I like the relic look on the odd shape box. I think more should try that.

    Thanks for sharing.
