Nostalgitone 70s and Maelstrom

I’ve been away from building lately. Been a rough summer. But I’ve been on a streak lately trying to knock out a few projects and get them off my bench. This Maelstrom for instance was completely built, I just needed to test it. Finally did that this week and I’m so impressed. This is the best distortion I’ve heard in a while and I love it. It will be tough to take it all down to paint it.

The Nostalgitone 70s is another powerhouse. The third channel is a fantastic Marshall growl and the boost is so sexy I’ll be buying a few of those next go round.

Nice builds!  I’ve been curious about the Maelstrom so good to hear that it sounds awesome.

I got my Nostalgia Tone 70s all soldered up just sitting since I am waiting on Tayda for the enclosure I am having them powder coat and UV print.  I can’t hardly wait to assemble it and jam….almost temped to drill out a temp enclosure just so I can have at it.  But then I’d have to take it all apart again.

Once that is done I have the DOOM Prophet triple board incoming and Im pretty stoked about that one too.
