I just received the mule kicker and noticed that R27 on the schematic is 8.2M but on the bill of materials it 10M. Which one is correct? Thanks in advance.
Either value works perfectly fine, though most people typically have a 10M on hand.
Using a 10M in the voltage divider raises the input bias slightly to around 1.09V compared to 0.98V. In this context, that tenth of a volt is completely negligible and won’t affect performance, nor have any effect on tone.
