Hello all! I’m starting work on my first build using boards from GuitarPCB, a Muff’n. I had two questions; one, when using the selectable clipping option, I see in the schematic how the silicon and LED options work, but how does the opamp mode work without an opamp on board? The second question is about the mid scoop mod; it calls for different values for R10 and C20. I’m planning on using a Roto-Tone deluxe board to have a Ram, Triangle, Green Sovtek, and a custom tone control. How will this affect the mid scoop mod?

Thank you for any help provided!

There is no Opamp so that is a typo in the description of Page 1 which I will remove.

As for the R10 and C20 I do not think it makes much difference.

Thank you for the quick response! The description including op amp clipping is also on page 7 of the build guide, where it mentions having three clipping options if using an on-off-on switch, and LED/Silicon is using a two way switch; it’s also on the product description page for the board fyi. Given your answer, is there any use to using the three way switch for that mod? Thanks!!
