Built this for a friend who doesn’t play guitar but wanted some FX for his synth and “no input mixer” recordings.
It’s a Ram’s Head Muff with Mids, hi pass and low pass mods and a Stage 3 boost with an order switcher. Then the signal either goes to a FX loop or straight to a Emerald Ringer then a EA Tremolo.
Someone else painted the enclosure, so I had to work with the orientation of the artwork which would not work well as a stomp box. But I am pretty happy with how it turned out. It sounds great with guitar, I love the Stage 3 into the Muff and the tonal options make it more versatile than I expected.

I was surprised by how much I dug the boosted Muff tones and how much tweaking I could do with that combo and the mids and high pass/low pass switches.
