Modded Bass OD – Kraken OD

Decided I’ll start posting some of the builds I’ve been doing from here. Here’s the first one

My friend heard I was building pedals and asked for a bass pedal, so I decided on the Bass OD. I was doing some research on other builds people had done with this board and decided to add a bass boost switch by switching between the 22u caps and 47u caps. This was the first pedal I built where I made a mod like that, and then I decided to take it even further by adding a Buff’n’Blend (I hadnt ordered the one sold here, so i made one myself). I also took the opportunity to learn about Tayda drilling and printing, so that was fun as well. A great learning experience.

 

PS I got the light to be blue when normally engaged, and red if bass boost is engaged. Pretty nifty
