In the Build document for the MKC v.4 I noticed that c8 is not installed on the populated board image. I couldn’t find a reference for this in the documentation. Is there a reason it was left out? Am I missing something?
Yes, the build requires it.
It is just a tiny cap for noise that I apparently missed adding to the troubleshoot picture.
